This is the refund policy of Antara Software and Consulting Private Limited. In this document, "we", "our", or "us" refers to Antara Software and Consulting Private Limited.
Important Note: If you have purchased through the Windows store, then refunds are handled by Microsoft and you must send your refund requests directly to them.
For purchases on this website: If you are not happy with the product, you are eligible for a full refund (minus any third party processing fees) if you place a refund request within 90 days of your purchase. However, we do hope that you will give us an opportunity to make the product meet your expectations by giving us feedback by writing an email to support at alarmclockhq dot com.
We are unable to offer a refund if more than 90 days have elapsed since your purchase.
All refund requests must be made by either writing to support at alarmclockhq dot com, OR by logging in to your account and applying for purchase cancellation in the billing section.
